10.29-29-29 Solo Prep-Ceremony
This ceremony left me feeling very raw. Once I got into the middle of it I cried throughout the rest of it. I felt a lot of energy on my 3rd eye and heart - one of the messages I received during it was to take the shield down that I had over my heart… need to start ‘really’ feeling again…
At one point I put sone music on because Oliver was with me and inconsolable and when the short playlist I had going ended it started playing a song I had never heard before called
The Power Is Here Now by Alexia Chellun. The song felt so fitting to my experience with the ceremony.
I wound up giving Oliver and I a Reiki treatment at bedtime because neither of us could settle down (I did the ceremony in the middle of the afternoon). That seemed to help both of us settle. I’m curious to hear what other people experienced when they performed the ceremony…
