Let me be perfectly clear about why I am announcing SOLARA today, at the Equinox.
As we move into and through this Equinox and enter Fall, the Spiritual War is intensifying.

The veil is becoming thinner. The Energies of the dark and the Light are increasing, and as we move through the remaining Full Moons, New Moons, Gates, Stargates, transits and energetic thresholds of 2026, what has already been happening is going to intensify at different times for different people.
And narcissists, in particular, are going to become increasingly activated.
If you've experienced more aggression, toxicity, manipulation, bizarre behavior, attempts to trigger you, sudden conflict or psychic and energetic interference over the last several weeks, pay attention.
If you've experienced the opposite—someone suddenly disappearing, withdrawing, abandoning the relationship or going completely silent—pay attention to that too.
Something is shifting.
I am being guided into a much more intentional and strategic offense mode as we move into the remainder of this year. Much of my work recently has been about Truth, Rebirth, perception, the Spiritual War and understanding reality beyond what we can perceive through our physical senses alone.
The Seer: Parabolica: The 9th Gate is one path to enter into that work.
SOLARA: Serenity In The Light is another. They connect, but are very different.
And SOLARA focuses specifically on something that affects virtually every Empath and Lightworker I have ever worked with:
Narcissists & Empaths
The ongoing, never-ending story and dynamic that unfolds again and again no matter wehre we go, what we do. So, just eliminating them doesn't work, and they remain connected until we do real, deep energy work anyway.
Not simply narcissism as a psychological diagnosis or personality defect.
Who and what narcissists actually are.
Because if you're going to understand the Spiritual War, you need to understand the people through whom so much of it is carried out in the physical world.
Narcissists & Empaths: The Never-Ending Story
There is evil in this world. There is darkness and there is Light.
There are Energies and entities that cultivate, feed from and manipulate negative Energy, and there are human beings through whom that darkness operates.
The majority of the abuse, manipulation, control, despair, anger, anxiety, insecurity, division and negative Energy being generated in our physical world isn't being created by some invisible entity standing in the corner of your bedroom.
People are doing it to other people.
And narcissists are one of the most potent mechanisms through which this operates.
This is something I have been talking about and channeling about for years.
If you haven't yet watched these videos,
they explains this dynamic, the relationship, and what narcissits actually are:

This isn't a theory I suddenly came up with because I'm opening SOLARA.
There are already articles and videos throughout my work exploring these dynamics, and I'll be linking some of them here for anyone who wants to go deeper.
What most of the world calls narcissism describes a collection of behaviors.
I am talking about what is behind those behaviors.
In the spiritual understanding that has come through my work, narcissists are possessed or infiltrated by dark-side parasitic entities and Energies that influence how they behave, what they perceive, what they remember and how they interact with the people around them.
This is why so much of narcissistic behavior can seem completely fucking inexplicable when you're trying to understand it only through conventional psychology.
A narcissist can literally forget what they just said or did and reconstruct the event in their own mind.
They can gaslight you while appearing to genuinely experience their version of events as reality.
They can rearrange history until they are right and you are wrong.
Their perception becomes distorted around their own fear and vulnerability, creating the relentless need to defend themselves, control the narrative, receive attention, manipulate circumstances and generate conflict.
And this is also why it can appear to turn on and off.
You may see glimpses of the person you knew. They may appear empathic, loving, reasonable and connected—and then suddenly they aren't.
For some people, this influence has existed since childhood. For others, something changes later. There may be a significant event, trauma or period after which the person you knew seems fundamentally different.
Maybe everyone around them has explained that change psychologically.
Maybe they eventually stabilized to some degree.
And yet you know:
They aren't the same person anymore.
There is a reason.
Why Empaths?
This is where the other half of The Never-Ending Story becomes important.
Why do Empaths seem to encounter narcissists again and again?
Why can you finally remove one narcissist from your life only to discover another one at work, another one in your family, another one you're dating, another one living next door—or your fucking landlord?
Because this isn't simply about having terrible luck with people.
This is a planned situation for all of us carried out by The Dark Side.
The parasite specifically targets EMPATHS to possess, and once they do, they not only remove one of Us, but they turn us into A WEAPON AGAINST OURSELVES & THOSE LIKE US, and THE COLLECTIVE.
If you are an Empath and Lightworker, you naturally
generate and anchor Light.
You care.
You feel.
You want to help people.
You want to create something positive in the world.
You've probably always been different, if not very different.
You may have always been psychic or deeply intuitive, even before you had language for it. You may have experienced strange, unexplained things throughout your life. Your body and nervous system may have reacted intensely to people, places and Energies long before you understood why.
And if you're now consciously going through a Spiritual Awakening, that sensitivity and perception can become even stronger.
The Dark Side doesn't want that Light strengthened.
It wants you distracted by chaos.
Exhausted by conflict.
Questioning yourself.
Angry.
Depressed.
Isolated.
Anxious.
Insecure.
Physically & energetically depleted.
Obsessed with somebody else's behavior, and constantly affected by it and trying to figure it out.
Stuck inside the same relationship dynamic for another five years while your own healing, work and Destiny sit on the sidelines.
Or triggered into a conflict and feeling tentsion in spaces with people you don't even really engage with.
That is the mechanism I want you to understand.
Because once you understand it, the narcissist stops being the entire fucking story.
Narcissits Do Not Have to Be Standing Next to You
One of the most important things I want people inside SOLARA to understand is that these and all relationships don't operate only through physical interaction or speaking aloud.
Anyone you share an Energy Cord with has a direct like to you and vice versa, but with Narcisissts it is even more profound and disturbing.
Narcissists can affect you negatively in various ways psychically, physically, emotionally, spiritually and energetically, whether they're standing three feet away or hundreds of miles from you. After communicating or not.
Their parasite, what is known as "The Puppet Master" is psychically connected to you. Your relationship is the doorway into your heart and mind, literally.
The more time, space, and intimacy the stronger they are, the more they know you, and how exactly to push your buttons and bait you into thinking and feeling negative thoughts and emotions, and this produces negative energy, and that is what the parasite feeds off of as they deplete your Life Force, and your ability to be grounded, or aligned with The Light, let alone to be and maintain a high vibration.
And the nature of the relationship matters.
A parent. A sibling. A spouse.
Someone you've had sex with.
Someone you've spent twenty years with.
Someone with whom you share children, a home, finances, a business or a deeply intertwined history.
Those connections don't necessarily disappear because somebody moved out or stopped texting you.
Thought forms can be created. Energetic and psychic connections can remain active. Your body, mood, thoughts and Energy can be affected without a word being spoken.
This is why simply telling an Empath, “Just get away from them,” can be spectacularly unhelpful. It isn't always so simple just to stop having a relationship or contact without major shifts taking place to make that happen.
And even if it is relatively easy, it usually isn't so cut and dry to completely separate because of the psychic or phsyical and energetic link you have with them.
Sometimes you absolutely are being guided to leave.
But leaving can take time and planning.
What if it's your spouse and you have children?
What if you own a business together?
What if it's your parent?
Your sibling?
Your boss?
Your coworker?
Your landlord?
Your neighbor?
What if you aren't being guided to leave the situation yet?
Yes, you CAN cut or reset Energy Cords with these people, and anyone-and you should. But it doesn't sever their connection completely if you continue to have to share space with them in any way.

When You Must Remain
If you can't leave, or can't leave just yet, then the situation becomes an opportunity to learn how to see.
Light turns darkness into illumination.
Instead of allowing the narcissist to continually determine your emotional and energetic state, you begin observing the mechanism itself. You recognize patterns sooner.
You stop taking every piece of bait. You become more conscious of what happens inside your own field when they become activated.
Eventually, you are no longer navigating these relationships from the same point of perception.
And that changes everything.
The Spiritual War Is Not Slowing Down
This is why timing matters with The Equinox.
If anything, The Spiritual War is going to intensify, and you may have noticed some people and events are shfiting to a lot of agression/violence/disturbancecs already.
That's going on across The Collective.
We have crossed through extraordinary initiations over the last year. Lions Gate. Eclipses. Truth Activations. Death and Rebirth. Changes in perception. Revelations about ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.
Now we're entering Fall.
The veil continues thinning toward the end of October, and I expect the intensity to increase around pivotal personal and collective thresholds through the remainder of 2026.
As more people Awaken, heal and begin seeing reality differently, more people will also be pulled toward higher-vibrational relationships, communities and spaces that anchor Light and Truth.
The opposition to that isn't going to politely disappear.
This isn't something to fear. It's something to understand.
Fear and paranoia don't make you powerful. Perception does.
If you're constantly being pulled into somebody else's toxicity, your Energy is being used there. Your consciousness is occupied there. Your time is being spent there.
When you begin seeing the larger mechanism and operating from what is actually happening instead of what you desperately wish were happening, you become much harder to manipulate and destabilize.
That's when healing, energy and LIFE can move differently.
And that is why a new group, SOLARA has been created.
SOLARA: Serenity in the Light
I am being guided at this particular threshold to create a private space where Awakening Empaths and Lightworkers can receive a consistent level of support, guidance, healing, Truth, validation and Light while navigating the months ahead.
SOLARA isn't about hiding from the Spiritual War. It's about becoming stronger within it.
And it isn't about becoming consumed with narcissists. Quite the opposite, actually.
It's about understanding this enormous mechanism of the Spiritual War well enough that narcissists no longer get to consume you.
Historically, the spaces I have facilitated have often been small, but more is opening...
The work has been intense because the people guided into those spaces have been navigating intense experiences, and at the same time I have been managing my own healing and Ascension while holding space for others.
Much has changed over this last year.
I am more stabilized and grounded than I have ever been.
My connections to The Divine, and our Divine Counterparts, and how we are all guided to connect and work with them are stronger and clearer.
The way GAIA, Nature, the Elements and I are working together has expanded tremendously, and I am being guided to use that increased stability to hold something different now.
I don't need to know exactly who will enter SOLARA or everything they will be going through before they arrive.
That's never been how my work functions.
The space responds to the people who are actually in it.
What I channel, what I perceive, what needs healing, what needs discussing and what needs to be brought into the field will develop according to what is happening collectively and what the actual members of SOLARA are navigating.
That makes SOLARA a living, unfolding experience, rather than a program with a predetermined Week One, Week Two and Week Three curriculum.
There is no finish line we're all supposed to reach together.
There are real people living real lives while undergoing Spiritual Awakening and
Ascension—and SOLARA will meet us there.
This Is Not a Narcissistic Abuse Support Group
We aren't coming together every month to sit in a circle and generate more negative Energy by endlessly recounting what our narcissists did.
Of course we're going to talk about what happens.
Sometimes you need someone else to hear an experience and say, “Yes. I understand exactly what you're seeing.”
Sometimes you're going to need help seeing something you cannot see while you're standing in the middle of it.
But I also want to hear what happened when you didn't take the bait.
I want to hear what changed when you followed the guidance you received.
I want to know what surfaced after the healing, what finally clicked three days later, what pattern you recognized in real time and what happened when you operated from a completely different point of perception.
And we will all benefit from that real-time lived experience, and shifting perception about what is happening and how you are dealing/handling it and managing yourself through it.
We are going to turn the negative into something useful.
That's what Light does.
The goal isn't to become experts on somebody else's darkness.
The goal is for every person in SOLARA to become stronger, clearer, more stable and more serene through their own Ascension.
That will ripple out, and you'll see how reality shifts with it, and how these relationships change because of it.
Spiritual Awakening has to hurt as much as it often does when we're trying to navigate all of this alone and without understanding what we're actually dealing with.

That collective field is part of the point.

Once a month we will meet live for a Group Quantum Distance Energy Healing.
This is our opportunity to clear what has accumulated, release what needs to move, receive what is needed and strengthen the field as we enter another monthly cycle.
We'll have time to arrive and connect before moving into the healing. Collective Channeled Guidance may come through, and individual messages can arise when guided, although personal messages are never guaranteed.
The Friday timing is intentional.
