The field is extra sensitive, the veil is extra thin, and is only getting thinner, and if you're actively working with yourself spiritually—healing, evolving, and raising your vibration—you will be more sensitive.
Especially now, and moving forward as so much is being rewritten on various levels regardless of how active you are committed to being with your Spiritual awakening—a lot has and is going on, and it's not slowing down. Those of you who are conscious and actively working with the energies to some degree will have more to process.
You have to consider that sometimes, as you heal, expand your consciousness, the more you work with me and are in my field, the more you will be pushed to gain greater awareness of reality, yourself as a human, and yourself as a Divine Incarnate.
You will be guided to clear, connect, heal, and reconfigure your programming and adjust your perspective. That's the point of ascension.
And if you do this consistently—like working with me in groups, a long-term program, and private sessions and meetings, focusing on just you, and realigning your field, and receiving direct guidance from the highest of sources—you will move much quicker in raising your vibration than if you're running solo.
We improve the speed of the timelines and the power of them the more we work together.
However, even if you're working on your own—as everyone does in te beginning, at least for a short time usually—your frequency is shifting, and you are more vulnerable to The Dark Side's attacks, and keeping your field as clear as possible is essential.
Aside from that, when we are showing signs of overwhelm, it's not always just The Dark Side that is influencing us.
When we have an influx of positive energy, along with working on transmutation, and processing activations like we did through the 13:31 Gate or the Full Moon Spirit Walk (part of the 11.11 Stargate Initiation), and all that is to come, it means that your system is adjusting.
It will likely feel heavy and tired, have sudden shifts, and need rest and activity at different or shifting times, or suddenly shift. This can go for your mood and motivation, and there can be repeating thoughts about how you are experiencing things a little differently, or comparing yourself to how you were in the past, and processing more memories of the past.
This would be happening anyway; however, we have Mercury Retrograde coming on Sunday, and it will be another overlay of influential energy we are working with and being influenced by that happens exactly when we—those of us in the 11.11 Stargate Initiation—are delving into our Vedic Astrology Blueprints.
That's no accident. It wasn't planned this way by me consciously, but the fact that it's happening at this time is more evidence that we are meant to do this work now.
Mercury Retrograde helps us clean up our past, and align with what is in our present. It is THE TIME to clear the field, organize, throw away things you don't need, and circle back to those things you started but didn't finish.
You may get visits in different ways from people of the past, and that may have already started.
Mercury helps you "spring clean" regardless of the season. Yes, it does cause some electrical and mental weirdness, including technology and time feeling off. This is because all that is shifting in so many ways.
When it comes to connecting with your Blueprints, as we are in the 11.11 Stargate Initiation, Mercury Retrograde energy makes it easier to connect to those spiritual and etheric, magical, cosmic, mathematical Divine Design aspects of our journey that much easier.
Even if you're not taking a deep dive into your Divine Design, know that as you get into more spiritual practice and learning, it will trigger you to change things, and again—that's the point. These things change you; they adjust your frequency.
That adjustment takes work by your system, and most of it is done when you are sleeping, but conscious adjustment happens when you're conscious. Your resonance shifts, and you're going to feel it.
Not only are your psychic senses going to adjust and get stronger each step of the way, the clarity you have to receive gets more sensitive. And all of your senses get more sensitive. Your sight, along with your 3rd Eye opening more, and your senses of smell, taste, hearing, and touch all get more sensitive.
This is a system-wide upgrade—it's not just spiritual, mental, or emotional; it's physical, energetic, and psychic.
The point of Spiritual Awakening is to ultimately maximize your consciousness and power. The vessel that holds that power needs to shift to hold the resonance.
It can be annoying and even painful, and definitely strange, when your body changes—not just your perception. I've discussed how my skull has changed; my entire structure of my face around my forehead and eyes is different, which is purposeful in changing my tone and frequency when I Speak and channel.
I didn't know this was happening at first, but I felt my head differently, and late last year I saw that it was shifting.
Then I got the confirmation through guidance that this is a thing. Just as my spine, shoulders, hips, and other body parts have moved to adjust for the new me, so has my skull.
Wild, isn't it? I certainly think so—and no—I haven't gotten used to how it all feels or looks, and I'm not sure I ever will. I'm also getting older, even though all of the wrinkles I had in my early 40s are gone...
Ascension is the true fountain of youth.
Self-care, and understanding that there is a constant battle over your
consciousness and vibration, means you must do your part to stay as balanced as you can—especially through times of growth, thresholds, and paradigm shifts, as we are having now.
The low and the high vibes can both overwhelm the system, so you need to do all the various things that help you stabilize and gain more control over your experience—not less because you are so tired, heavy, in pain, confused, overwhelmed with spirituality, and the War that is playing out for your sovereignty.
With all of that said—doing whatever you can to keep your field clear and your system out of overload is necessary.
Working with crystals
Taking extra and longer, hotter baths loaded with salts, oils, crystals, flowers, etc.
Spending more time in nature
Drinking more water
Breathwork
Exercise
Relaxing
Journaling
Art: drawing, painting, creating music, et.
Working with Oracle or Tarot cards for greater insight
Meditation—focusing on one thing. Mantras, or guided meditation
Spirit Walks
Scheduling sessions with me
Joining groups
Investing in long-term programs
…are all ways you can maintain and grow.
Connecting to your Guardian Angel, working more with them consistently through what I call constant contact, and what I outline in The Spiritual War Guide is also highly advised.

Remember, this isn't a sprint; it's a marathon, and evolution takes time, commitment, dedication, and determination. It's not about a couple of short programs or healing sessions; it's about entirely changing your trajectory to align with your ultimate and most Golden Timelines.
At least, that's the ultimate goal.
Most people will not be on that path, but for those who are activated to take it to the max, know that you will be in a constant state of flux, shifts, and changes, and much rearrangement in your world—all of which helps to support your present and future, beyond this life, as you will return to the timelines you have created in this incarnation.
