When you purchase The Soul Quest Map Book on Amazon or through this website, you will be guided here to gain access to the Spirit Walks and intro videos. While you can go through The Soul Quest Program Maps without The Spirit Walks, it is highly advised to add the Spirit Walks as they activate you for the work, and help with healing and integration. They aren't simple meditations, but deep energy healing sessions you can do over and over again. Please note: When you purchase this program for Map Spirit Walk's, the introduction videos will also be available in that program so you don't have to get access to two different programs.
